The B.A.D. Boys are back at Roxboro Motorsports Park this Saturday

The Roxboro Motorsports Park will host the B.A.D. Boys Doorslammers series this Saturday, August 16th. This will be the fifth B.A.D. Boys’ event of the 2014 season.

At the last event there were thirteen Doorslammers that showed up. There were seven Blown, four Nitrous Injected, one Pro Charger equipped and one Turbo Charged car. After battling the rain three times a fourth rain and curfew ended the night. The track staff led by co-owner Jr Ward kept up with the track all evening long. Who will take home the win Saturday night? You’ll have to be there to find out.

The rules for the B.A.D. Boys are as follows:

14-71 Blowers only, no Screw Blowers

There is no entry fee. The car, driver and two crew members are free. It will be a sixteen-car field. The purse is as follows:

Winner- $2,500

Runner-up- $2,000

Semifinalist $1,500

Second round loser- $1,000

First round loser- $500

Again, there is no entry fee for the B.A.D. Boys competitors. The track will be open Friday for test and tune. Also, there must be a minium of twelve cars to have a sixteen-car ladder.

Along with the B.A.D. Boys Roxboro will also have the 4.90 Extreme. The entry fee is $100.00 for car and driver based on a sixteen-car field. There will also 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0 Index Classes. The entry fee is $50.00, 100% payback to the winner, runner-up and semifinalist. This is a non points race.
